An Open Letter to RMP Managment - Suggestions on plan products

Subject: A few suggestions with regard to RMP Infotec business expansion.

Dear Sir,

This is Sudesh Kumar DJV from Indore Madhya Pradesh. My track Id is RMPSUDESHKUMARDJV181105.

The very purpose to pen a few suggestions are to draw your kind attention towards certain developments in the market which you may kindly treat as feedback and you may kindly take This feedbacks into your kind consideration at the earliest.

Problem: Absence of a product like a holiday package or TVs booking which falls below 5000/- is taking a toll on our growth as there are so many good companies arising in the market who are targeting their growth by means of making the joining package to the possible bottom level. (Kindly note we are talking about good companies only).

Solution: We may kindly find out a solution by finding a med claim which is below 4990/- wherein we may offer the distributor a possible minimum med claim plus accident death benefit some attractive offers like that which all put together company may have to spend nothing more than 300/- or 350/- and thus the company can easily save the much-needed money to distribute to the tree from the balance 4700/-.

Problem: The two-wheeler was a good option available previously in the form of a TVS Bike now we don’t have any. We must have one tie-up either TVS, HERO HONDA, BAJAJ but this was withdrawn due to the reason people were not releasing the product (Bike).

Solution: The solution is that we may tie-up with any good branded bike again and raise the joining for the bike as 6990/- or even 7990/- or 8990/- instead of 4990/-. By doing so only the genuine person who really wants to buy a bike may opt for the product thus we may have solid control on the allegation like money circulation etc.

Problem: The Insurance premium for the long term is not suitable for people from all walks of life.

Solutions: We can opt for single premium LIFE INSURANCE PLAN wherein the distributor can enjoy big insurance coverage for a 25 or 30 years time on a single premium which will not be refunded. At least this product will attract the distributors and the customers in the market as they may enjoy the tax benefits, as well as the Sum, assured apart from the single premium benefit.

Problem: Joining amount in RMP is very high compared to other competitors like AMWAY, ORIFLAME, RCM, TULIP, ETC

Solution: Just as other big shots in the MLM industry have re-designed their basis joining conditions we too can make an option of registering the business with 1000/- and upon paying the extra the product will be released. On the site, we can have 3 colors. RED at the time of registration, and BLUE when the 1000/- Registration is paid and GREEN when the product is issued after paying the balance DD amount. Amway also has increased its India presence to a very good extend due to their adopting of this formula of joining with registration. ( Pl note only those who are not having money this formula would be used those who have full money in a single shot we can collect the money and deposited in a single time and then the site may reflect it directly from RED to GREEN without going to BLUE.


Last but not least company can provide even small products and instead of offering 1:1 =1000, we can opt for 1:1=500 too so that we can get our team strength increased which will help to boost the business growth.

The above suggestions are being forwarded for the reason that the market is being flooded with a lot of good and bad companies. But a few of the good companies which belong to some well-reputed business houses have started capitalizing on the market trend by keeping the joining to the minimum possible amount. Hence if we too try to understand the possible benefit by adopting the above measure after having a bird’s eyes view on all possible repercussions and benefits I am sure it may help the company in a long run.
