The reservation system was thrust upon our country by a few intellectuals of those times under the leadership of Dr. Ambedkar. Of late it has become a burning issue in our country whether the Reservation should be abolished or not. Herewith I am submitting my humble Suggestions for amendments in the Reservation system in India and I am confident every section of the society would be glad to accept it except those Jackals and wolves who have the habit of cooking Roti's even from the funeral pyre. For the last 70 or more years India as a country has introduced a system of “Reservation” for the SC ST OBC and other backward classes in order to help them join the mainstream of other Indian populations which are leading to better living standards comparatively. A customer need not bear any loss if the deficiency is on the part of the bank and in cases where the fault lies neither with the bank nor with the customer but lies elsewhere in the system and the customer notifies the bank within three working days of receiving the communication from the bank about the unauthorized transaction.  Where the loss is due to the customer’s negligence, the customer has to bear the entire loss until the unauthorized transaction is reported to the bank. In cases where the fault lies neither with the customer nor with the bank but lies elsewhere in the system and the customer reports the unauthorized transaction with a delay of four to seven working days after receiving the communication about the transaction, the maximum liability of the customer ranges from Rs 5,000 to Rs 25,000
