MY FATHERS FUNERAL

Image
My heavenly mother who passed away on 22nd Dec 2012 was staying with me at Indore MP India. I thank all my friends relatives and well wishers who stood with me and provided emotional support during this hour of crisis. Thank you all once again. Below is the poem I wrote on14th Feb 1994 3 days after my father ( Late Shri Jhunnilal Vashishtha) passed away on 11 th Feb 1994. A Funeral I remember, I remember, the day I remember, When people in my house got out numbered. Thoughts regarding life lingered in my mind- To see my father laid down with little kind. People together from all walks of life came, To see my father who left everything but his-name. I remember, I remember, the day we went away- With the body of father, whose soul left away. After the stormy life throughout he fought- The body seems desperate to burn itself out. In the silence prevailing in his face, I read Thoughts of the hard life he fought. Leave me alone, leave me

A RARE FRIEND

Note: Written for my friend from Zambia to console her of her depression due to the outcome of her Love. A RARE FRIEND Don’t allow your heart any more burn,  As he not bothered to listen on phone.  Please get out and have some fun.  It doesn’t matter how and when, Or what you say or what you do-  As long as you are happy with you.  Let’s be together for a while,  With both of us wearing smile.  And get to know each other well,  Happiness and jokes as we tell.  With our hearts with pristine thoughts, speaks  Amid this month which saw turmoil weeks.  Would continue exchanging jokes and laughter,  Before  we get to the things that matter.  Lets us see what happens when we dance,  Keeping away month long tense.  Across the sky among moons and stars,  Having a cool drink in some family bar.  Amid some stirrings of a sea breeze-  Let we make all bad days freeze.  You,  my friend is a gift for me in this life,  Which I don’t mind sharing with my wife-  As

The above image belongs to the Daughter of our family friend Mr. Murali Kuttan of Palakkad. I congrats her on her achievement of finding a place on the cover photo of the most reputed magazine of Kerala. This article was written on 25 th  August 2007 on a special request from our family friend staying at shukliya Indore for her need to submit to her academy. (She had confirmed later the next day she scored 10 out of 10 for this article and stood first in the class). Below is a video of a fashion show abroad. typical one A must watch An article on “which is the best option for promotion of designer / dress material (fashion world)”.   Obviously the best way to penetrate into the latest trend fashion is through college where in young minds with bold attitude are available. They always are prepared to take the extra courage for a new beginning. Having said that fashion is something, which changes quite often. Fashion begins in brain and dies in brain. I
