BENEFITS OF GINGER FOR SKIN AND HEALTH Ginger is a perennial herb native to China and India. It is obtained from the plant Zingiber officinale. It is one of the most revered medicines in Ayurveda. Sanskrit is the most pristine language or can be termed the king of languages for more than one reason.
