United Nations Amendment of Rules Inevitable

United Nation is the world body established with an intention to take care of the worldly issues among countries and interfere on the world affairs with an intention to play a mediator role to find an amicable solution.

The problem today is, it seems, the very purpose of establishing the United Nations and its security council is defeated when we come across the incidents wherein the most powerful body of the world itself becomes a political asylum for the most dangerous terrorists of the world.

While a suggestion from an Indian comes into the matter regarding UN and if we fail to mention the "worst ridiculous blunder" committed by the India's then PM Mr Nehru which may belittle all time foolishness ever committed by the world leaders in their respective history by voluntarily denying UN Security Council permanent membership offer. Yes, UN had given India the first preference over China and our then PM handed over to China as if to prove his great magnanimous heart...😭😭😞😢. 

I suggest the following steps which is most necessary to come out of this problem permanently.

The criteria of the security council need to be rewritten.

The criteria must include points like...

• Only the countries with democracy could occupy the place.
• The prime criteria must be like, Responsible nation, Economically strong, Militarily strong, good track record in international affairs, contribution towards international law and order etc... 
• The country which has a peaceful history should only be considered.
• There must a periodic election for the security council seat too.( every 25 years).
• In case the election is not acceptable, then there must be criteria wherein a "Veto" power enjoyed by the 'permanent members of the security council' can be overruled with 3 or more Vetos against a single veto,
• There must be a rule which stand against a 'single Veto' when 75% member's vote against the Veto..
• A country can Veto any particular 'subject' only thrice, thereafter the 'Veto' can be questioned by other 'permanent members as well as non permanent members. 
• Also a rule must be applied that even a permanent member of security council cannot use his "Veto power" against the same resolution more than 3 times. In such situation other security council members could use their 'Veto power' against single 'Veto'. 
• Above all there must be provision (in the form of a Sword) wherein the permanent membership could be revoked by means of voting by security council members and other members to bring in accountability of a Nation's behavior. 

These steps are necessary to end misusing the power by any country in its own selfish interests. 

UN is world's governing body established to safeguard the interest of all the countries neutrally. But of late the attitude of "China" has been selfish and all its move was in its own interest. China's attitude towards terrorists are not only ridiculous and shameless but it is pathetically irresponsible. It has misutilised its Veto Power to breed terrorists on earth which are not harmful to them. Its inhuman behaviour with its Muslim population is very concerning apart from its ruthless approach towards those young students of China who are protesting for democracy. Keeping in view the changed dynamism of the world geographically, economically, democratically and many more aspects, all the above mentioned as well a lot many which are important which I would have failed to mention is necessary to get implemented now in the wider interest of humanity and world order.
