Indian Education System A Review
Sanskrit to be made the compulsory subject in India keeping in view Digitial future will only accept Sankrit as its language. Sanskrit is the most pristine language or can be termed the king of languages for more than one reason. The details of the same are provided in an exclusive article on "Sanskrit".
Further, Indian education needs to adopt its syllabus in such a way that will help Indian future generations to understand, learn, recognize and feel proud of its rich past full of ancestors who were patriotic, highly intelligent, and bold.
The education system must cover its "History syllabus" with the greatness of "Chatrapati Shivaji" glories of "Chandragupt Mourya" Sacrifices of "Rani Laxmibai", Boldness and dedications of Subhash Chandra Bose.
The history syllabus of various classes must be covered with the greatness and contributions of great personalities like Rajaram Mohan Roy, Bhagat Singh other known personalities who have been instrumental towards their contributions to society and nation. Indian generation must know the sacrifices they made for the nation.
The invasion of India by Mughals through present Afghanistan has to be narrated too. But the details of narration must cover every aspect of their effect in India. From their presence, their, attitude towards Hindus, their contribution in the forceful conversions of Indians, and their atrocities towards Indians on the ground of their religious identity. It is very important India and its entire generations know everything true and transparent. At the same time, we must not hide any qualities if any, displayed by the Muguals too as transparent and honesty must be the basics of information. Of course, the good qualities of the Mughals are more important to mention too as if it could help a few of their contemporary followers to get motivated with and to adapt it too.
The moral science must include various chapters from class 8th onwards educating the harmful aspects of smoking and liquor drinking. Every school's center hall must have huge displays of Images of lung cancer, mouth cancer, etc which were as a result of chewing tobacco, pan Masala or smoking, and drinking.
Apart from all the above mentioned, the system must carry programs to identify and segregate students as per their hidden talent with respect to their "Skills". The Skills identified among students must be developed and properly guided to develop the same their after.
The education must be free of the 'malady of Reservation". The deserving bright students must be promoted with due preferences on the basis of their respective performances. At the same time, those students who are from the backward community (as acknowledged by the Indian constitution, for me all are equal) could be given some concession or complete concessions with regard to fees and other expenses. But concession must be provided only on finance and all other never concession must be provided on marks.
The education must be free of the "Reservation" system to fill Indian various offices with talented, capable, and efficient candidates instead of replacing them with inferior candidates thus the same may only help India to lag behind other fastest-growing nations of the world.
Indian syllabus without 'Vedic' studies is one of the ridiculous situations as well as the biggest conspiracy our nation had put in. Can you imagine birds unable to fly, or fishes who are denied to learn swimming or cows deprived of milking instead being used to pull carts...???, yes the Indian Education system without a special and prominent place for Vedic studies are equivalent to that.
It is equivalent to 'Vatican city' not teaching Bible and Saudi Arabia ignoring Arabic...!! India is what today is due to its rich past and due to the availability of residue of Vedic knowledge enthused blood flowing in our veins.
Last but not the least, the Indian education system must give more focus on its rich spiritual history including the Indian "Astrology' dating back 1000s of years which talks about 9 planets, which the modern world managed to ascertain after the invention of the telescope.
These are the inevitable steps that are necessary for the bright future of the Indian education system.
- The syllabus must be single common and centralized.
- Skill-oriented education too needed to introduce.
- Reservation benefits should be contained for only free education not for free entry even with pathetic marks.
- The teachers must be recruited through the proper systematic implementation of selection criteria.
- History must be honest and transparent highlighting every ignored emperor both great and small.
- Special national wide universities must be opened exclusively for Vedic, astrological education and research.
