Akash Vijayvargia Nagar Nigam Issue The Truth
A message to the public by Shri Akash Vijayvargia on the issue after released from Jail.
Akash Vijayvargia's issue connected with Nagar Nigam is not a huge issue at all, but it was exaggerated purposefully to make it a hue and cry to captilize on the' gifted' opportunity by the political opponents as they were running a 'dry issueless spell' against BJP both at centre as well as in MP.
Though it is true that Mr Akash Vijayvargia does not hold the Rights to behave in such manner especially as he is representing a Nationalist party and a responsible MLA, opponents managed to highlight the issue, but at the end of the day the truth will surface and he may rightly too end up increase in his face value as a leader who is concerned about his people.
The facts which proves that "Akash Vijayvargia" was not guilty to a very great extent due to the following points.
The 'notice to demolition' was provide to the houses just 2 Days ago....?
The condition of the building is not so dangerous, as claimed... It can be verified.
There was a "unfortunate death" in the family whose houses were about to be demolished... So the repeated pleading to "give a little more time" should not have fallen in deaf ears. (we must note that the occopants were not protesting against demolition, but they were asking for some more time.... which definitely could have entertained).
There is a discussion going on which says, the owner of the property purposefully cooked up the "demolishen drive" out of his interest to get the premises vacated.
Last but not the least important one, but the most important point is that, it is very crystal clear that Mr Akash Vijayvargia was not intented to hurt any of the officials but the way he initiated the attack was in fact intented only to 'Shue away'. It can be noted that he was using the bat as if hitting 'cover drive" not like that way which could hurt or injure the person.
