A suggestion to update Rape law. An open letter to Indian society with a copy to our Honorable PM Shri. Narendra Modi. A girl’s or women’s self respect and dignity is always more precious than the life of ill minded animals in human disguise.   Those people who cannot respect the women or girls right to their body has no way should be treated with those laws which are applicable for other natural citizens and when the issue is related to minor rapes, that too as young as 4, 3 or 2 years old... it becomes horrible.  With great irritation and dismay, I write this to register my strongest protest for any further delay in studying, understanding and implementation of the new law by updating the existing one on the rape-related matter. Any further delay in the same will subject to more such incidence and the culprits for such incidence are not the rapist alone but the family members of the rapist too who are reluctant to disclose the unfamiliar attitude of their children to the so
