Happy birthday to Sachin, we wish you,

As more 'Records' for you in the queue.

Pleasant cricket of twenty-one years,

Passed away with you becoming our dear.

You are a spectacular star- so rare-

Beating every record with so flair.

India is proud to have you as its 'Son'-

Reverie of any cricketer you got done.

Tendulkar, so rare a gift to the cricket world-

Happiness and mystery still more to unfold.

Dear you are to the millions world over-

All their love and blessing continuously shower.

You -so big a personality, still so humble,

Sachin you are for youngsters -an example.

Ambassador for our Nation- so clear and loud,

Cricket is a religion for you and for us you God.

Humbleness is your precious ornament-

In spite of getting taller after every tournament.

Ninty plus centuries in cricket game-

Twenty-plus years- still playing in full flame.

Enthusiasm in cricket never got tame,

Nowhere near any other cricketer in the game.

Determination and concentration one learn from you-

Until recently more talents like you –few,

Let us wish you once again, Happy Birthday-

Kanyakumari to Kashmir together we say-

Add more jewel to your crown by means of “Records”

Retire not till the time your body can’t afford.
