Dear Mr. Prime Minister, I would like to draw your kind attention towards a very serious issue with regard to the “DND” in mobile service which if not taken care after necessary analysis of various repercussions due to the action against the person guilty -would be a huge problem for various business and self employed persons and may bring in irreparable damage to one’s business which in turn is a definite loss to the nation’s economy.
