An open letter to The Director All hit deals

Subject: A suggestion through an open letter to Director of All hit deals.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the recent developments and the outcome in our esteemed All hit deals company. I would like to deliver my thoughts, views or suggestions which I had conceived  long back but was reluctant to deliver for one reason or other. But today I find no reason why I should eschew from penning my suggestions as it is for certain may do more good than any harm at all.

From the very beginning I had been talking and suggesting the following points to various leaders and requested them to suggest the same to the higher management but in vain and today any way I decided to write it to you directly and request you to kindly go through it point wise as all the suggestions mentioned below may definitely guarantee that if implemented no force on earth except God of course could able to dis -stabilize our company All hit deals. 

• In the first place one Pan card only one joining. It must be made compulsary.
• The advertisers like Koovos, Future bazaar, Snap deal, Infibeam, Flipcart etc etc must be pleased by introducing thier respective products made available for purchase on the shopping points.(Other wise only fools among the above may wish to continue maintaining their advt tie ups with AHD)
• The very purpose of interest of the advertisement of our customers must be safe guarded  and the best way to safeguard the same is by giving them business from their ad viewers (AHD ad viewers) and is their any better way to get it done than by making their products available for purchase through AHD website shopping points.
• If the extra revenue is the concern for AHD then it can be easily sorted out by asking the companies to re design the rate structure in such a way that the margin generated can be distributed among the ad viewer cum purchaser in the business binary system after keeping a decided percentage for the company (AHD) itself.
• At no circumstance I would have suggested for an own shopping portal for AHD at this point of time for obvious reason that as and when the concern advertisers who are tied up with us realize about AHD having its own shopping portal that too without their products in the same may only help them realize that their advt on our website is not going to help their business prosper and hence the very purpose of providing ad is defeated and hence they may prefer to eschew from providing ad with AHD.
• If AHD decide to implement the policy of making products of advertisers available for purchase which are being viewed in ads, then it may become a win win situation for the companies who may get crores of rupee guaranteed business against their advertisement with AHD which may help AHD win the advertisement contract permanent and thus the following development may take place which may concrete our business and future.

1. When AHD enter into a contract with the advertisers by making their respective products available for purchase through the shopping points, then companies may get huge compulsory business from their viewers.
2. When Advertisers earn huge compulsory business through their customers they will never detach their tie up with AHD and they will continue with their ad and AHD will continue earning amount from them.
3. When AHD continue earning uninterrupted from their advertisers, then the problem of revenue distribution never may arise.
4. When the commission are being received at time, then there is no reason why the end user customers / associates of AHDs may think or even imagine of eschewing from the business.  

 I am confident company may try to understand on the above suggestions and implement the same in a proper suitable manner in the interest of the company, in the interest of its tie ups , in the interest of its customers as well as in the very interest of the MLM industry.

Having said that I would like to have a few words for all the All Hit Deal members across the country that we must try to realize from the activities of our company that  the intention of the AHD management,  sincerity of the AHD team in getting the things on track, and the anxiety of the team to win our confidence back and the efforts being taken to rectify the mistakes and implementing new technology really loudly and clearly says that All hit deal management is here for some serious business and the need of the hour is support of we all All hit deal members. we can remain supportive by just showing our faith and confidence in the management, by being optimistic, and by talking positive about the company among team mates as well as  with the cross line, and by spreading information to all AHD members about the company's strong future possibility. I am sure you may agree with me that Tough time won't last, but tough people do. It is true, let us realize it and accept it before it is too late. Better late than never.
