Indian Theory to contain the Population, measures to contain population, how to contain Indian population, population growth

India is undergoing a transforming phase since the 2014 election results on various aspects including the initiative of various religious outfits intention to safeguard their respective religion's interests in a way which never was ever felt earlier. It could be due to the pseudo-fear factor for some religions due to the change of leadership at the center and the same is for 'some' an opportunity to rebuilt and restore into their business of reactivation the job of misrouting by misguiding people.

Even though Our honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi has repeatedly reiterated that he wants to focus on the country’s economic activities by placing it on the growth track and for the same, he has made a slogan “Saab ke saat, Saab ka Vikas”. But it seems to be falling on deaf ears irrespective, whether it is about Muslim minorities or Hindu intellectuals. But from the body language, intention, and actions of our PM Modi it is very loud and clear that he is really has risen to the occasion of being the PM. The behavior, the actions so far are neutral and Pro India centric with only and only India’s future in mind.

Amid this crucial transforming period of our nation, our PM is constantly disturbed by not only political opponents but also by his own hardcore Hindu-centric intellectuals who are otherwise second to none in any matter of national importance. Of course  “Ghar wapsi” and “give birth to 4 or 5 or 6 children” issues raised by the Hindu intellectuals may be or may not be the right move but at least the timing is not correct we can say. For example, if a newly married couple in a new city if want to settle down and want to buy so many electronic items preference order must be, first Gas connection, then Fridge, then washing machine and then AC the order should be as per the priority likewise today India’s priority must be to bring Indian economy back on track and focus on increasing exports, reducing imports of especially fuel and focusing on implementation of the gold bonds which may further facilitate to curbing the import of gold to a very good extent, apart from focusing on roads, corridors, and other infrastructure like highways, and expansion of railways. Last not least education and health should be given top priority simultaneously amid the clean India drive. Having said that the biggest impediment for our country to getting all the above in place is its population.

So in order to meet our goals, India, in order to bring the majority of its population out of the poverty to at least low middle-class category, it could be possible only when poor people of India understand the importance of birth control in the very interest of the nation as well as their own immediate family's better education and health which may help to improve their standard of living at par with other fellow citizens of India.

In order to achieve that I have an important suggestion to contain the population growth and I am confident if this is implemented automatically not only India’s population will start retarding but also it may never overtake China’s as expected by 2050.

The best and easiest "universal law" could be "Every couple maximum two-child policy" until or unless there are special unfortunate health issues to any of the children. This is the best option, but if it needs to be further looked into in a broader manner, then the following suggestions could be considered.

As per my suggestion, we should introduce a policy on Ration, (Ration through Ration card) and other benefits on the basis of child policy. Those couples who have one child will enjoy a specific rate call it A1 (Cheapest rate) from the ration shop (Public distribution system) and those with 2 kids will have another rate that may be higher than A1 i.e. A1+. And couples with 3 children will be charged a rate that may be A1++ and it may go on. This will automatically make a subject of discussion among all the poor people when they may be in the queue at various ration shops in the country. For example, when a person with 1 child gets rice for 10/- per kg, another person in the queue will get the same rice on 15/- per kg and another person will get 25/- per kgs as per their family size. Here the interesting matter is that as the family size increases, not only the quantity of the rice and other items increase but the rate of rice or items for the same quality and quantity will increase too.

For example, a person with one kid suppose to have a quota of 10 kgs rice for a month, he may be charged 10* 10= 100/- ( i.e. 100/- Rs for 10 Kgs of rice). But a person with 2 kids would be charged the same rice at a higher price.. i.e Due to increasing in members, he will be given an extra quota of 15 kgs and charges may be 15 kgs * 15/- rs per kg instead of 10 rs per kg) so as the population increases the quantity of the rice will increase but the price also will increase proportionately.

The population law must consider not providing any Subsidies, any pro-poor policies benefits announced by the government from time to time, any sort of Reservation benefits in school, colleges, jobs, etc.

We must not forget that human being is also one of the worst polluters of the earth by various means, and more the population more the effect of pollution on the earth's not the only atmosphere, but every natural resource like water, air, rivers, ponds, Lakes, Seas, even Ocean life are under severe threat due to irresponsible human beings habit of dubbing garbage and plastic and polythene wastes apart from the most dangerous deforestation to accommodate the rising need of the land for human dwelling.

We must remember one most important fact that human beings are the only species of life on earth that destroys the earth's ecosystem. Every other animal, bird, and creature lives and die without spoiling even a bit of the earth's ecosystem. But unfortunately, the earth's ecosystem is directly destroyed by the growing human population. So it is not a matter of concern for any section of societies or political parties or nations or continents issue, but it is universal problem and earth is pleading us to apply the brake on the ongoing ruthless deterioration of our only home in this universe.

The above suggestions though may find ridiculous but just as for certain diseases the amputation of the organ becomes the last resort to safeguard the interest of the life, similarly in order to save the Indian economy from falling prey to the dirty appeasement politics which will not only ruin the Indian economy into further deeper poverty but also it may help if not introduced the above to the section of one samaj in our society with more and more children whom they are unable to bring and due to the circumstances the ill-minded terrorist could easily capitalize the situation and manage to penetrate into their emotion as well as their circumstance which may lead to the creation of more and more young terrorists into this world.

The above mentioned is the naked truth but for god's sake stop appeasement politics and start calling spade a spade, and start addressing the issues in the true and right merit which it deserves with Nation, yes only nation in our mind which is above politics, caste, and religion.

I hope our national government would bring in this subject for necessary debate in and outside the parliament if found needed and start doing all that would be necessary to introduce the same at the earliest which may not only help India towards a vibrant and strong economy but also people from all walks of life could grow shoulder to shoulder at par with rest of the fellow society members.

I would like to elaborate further to clarify why this is important. India ends up spending a huge part of its Income tax earned revenue and other incomes on subsidies and other benefits like sanitation, vaccination, old age homes, and most horrible "Reservation" to up bring the downtrodden or poor people of the society. So when on one hand Indian government is spending a huge amount to up bring the poor on another hand the poor are indulged in acts that may never help them not only to come out of poverty but the acts may only help them to further fall deep into poverty thus never helping the country India to come out of poverty. Also, poverty is an easy door for those jackets and wolves in a human disguise (terrorists) to lure these poor families and end up converting a few of them as terrorists.

Those people who do not accept the above fact would be responsible for all the future issues and tension that this country would face with regard to issues related to religion. It is a fact that whenever there are riots or other uneasiness in the country due to incidence related to religious tensions, it is the poor or the poorest of the poor of any religion who are always responsible for the incidence or act or anything that had helped to escalate an issue based on religious. The reason behind it is obvious that the poor person of the society has all the time in the world to gossip, and roam, and indulge in all those activities which an educated and employed person hardly manages to. So again the population is the mother of all reasons why there is unemployment in our society and by not curtailing the same we are only inviting more troubles. Without acting on population control in true and practical means are just like filling a water tank which has not only numerous holes through which water is continuously leaking but also more holes are being created in the same.

See when a matter of national importance is discussed then there must be no stone left unturned and if anybody who speaks against this is for certain is anti-national irrespective to which religion, caste, the state he or she may be belonging. I further suggest the matter of "Reservation" too must be considered on the above basis with lot more clauses added to it.
