Anti Riots Bill Need of the Nation

It is high time the Indian government take up the matter of amending the rules with respect to the trend of damaging public and private property under the guise of 'riots. Keeping in view Indian citizens urge to damage public and private properties, there must an' Act' passed in parliament which could impose heavy penalty as well as complete reimbursement of the losses from the organization which leads and guides the miscreants or from the very individual themselves. 

Yes, it is very painful and beyond imagination how any citizen of the country can indulge in such a cold-blooded approach towards their nation by destroying and damaging the nation's asset to register their protest...? It is inevitable to bring in legislation which shoulders the responsibility to the respective community, political parties or any other related organizations which are responsible for the riots.

It has to be noted that if there are differences of opinion among family members, among father Son, among brothers, we may register our annoyance in the best possible way but never start indulging in destroying of products available at home like TV, Fridge, Washing machine and laptops etc. So in that condition, one is aware of the losses the family and they themselves may suffer, but why such a huge ignorance when the same attitude is not reflected national property...? It clearly proves that either they are fools or are traitors of the Nation. This applies to every riot which has taken place in the nation at various occasions on time to time.

A Muslim lady's stand against riots... 

The following suggestions could be implemented so that the damages related riots will completely cease to exist. 

• Introduce high-resolution cameras installed in drones and let them monitor the faces of the citizens indulged in riots. 
• Strictly impose penalties and reimbursement of damages and losses from them by any means. The government must consider selling of both movable or immovable property of the guilty citizens thus a great amount of accountability would be in place. 
• The rule of agitation must be such that, any member of agitation (agitator) will not have the right to hide his face. Agitation is the right of any individual or community or political outfits, but it must be transparent. The moment one hides his or her face then it clearly shows he or she is not confident in their action. The hiding of face is an indirect acceptance of the fact that they are not on the right path. 
• Any agitator if is under mask can be treated equivalent to a terrorist and if an agitator under mask gets eliminated during the process must be treated the slain as a terrorist. (There is no doubt that these incidents instill heavy insecurity in the minds of ordinary citizens and it is nothing short of terror).
• Pelting stones on buses which are full of passengers are not a matter to be taken lightly or ignored. It is a matter of grave concern which if ignored will take an ugly repetition with greater consequences. 
• The "Anti Riot Bill" will be applicable to everyone like, "Karni Sena, Gurjar agitation, Patidar demonstrations, Muslims agitation, or any political parties agitation irrespective if they are minorities or majorities. 
• Any agitator if found indulged in Riots, not only the person who is doing arson but also the parents of the rioters who are indulged in the arson must be held responsible and for the same an "irresponsible parenting act" must be introduced. 
• Last but not the least, it should be made mandatory (compulsory) that in India only Indian citizens can agitate and in order to prove their citizenship during agitation, every individuals participating in the agitations must CARRY THEIR RESPECTIVE ORGINAL AADHAR CARD.

In order to get the smooth implementation of the bill, the government must announce incentives to citizens who could provide close videos, Images of the culprits who are indulged in the act and thus every citizen of the country can wholeheartedly contribute to the safety of the nations life's and assets.
