The leaders who lost credibility and their face value
Navjot Singh Siddhu
Voters loudly conveyed to Navjot Singh Siddhu that they are no more jokers to dance to his tune as he has lost his own seat that too from Amritsar where Congress had managed to defeat one of the then strongest faces of BJP Late Arun Jaitley. This proves that he has lost the spark and glamour among the voters and it is to be noted that he has dragged himself to this ridiculously disastrous situation.
His ditching of the Congress party after the constant tireless praise of its top leaders like anything only to join BJP, then ditching BJP after praising its top leaders like anything only to ditch BJP to rejoin Congress again, Before joining Congress he had left the country to speculate for a period of time whether to join AAP or remain in congress his moves leading to destabilizing Congress in the region. Finally, he seems to be relieving as if he has completed his mission of trouncing and destroying Congress in Punjab permanently. Archana Puran Singh must be the most concerned person about this development.
Swami Prasad Maurya
The highlight of UP politics is that the defection of Swami Prasad Mourya from BJP to SP has not appealed to his followers as keenly as it could have been otherwise. Probably voters and even his followers from the OBC community realized that probably Swami Prasad Mourya has defected only under an assumption for a personal greener future as then he not only had mistaken the first opinion poll conducted by the media giving a tough fight from SP but also had reached a state of oblivion on his role in the OBC voters sentiments.
Swami Prasad Mourya during a live interview on Air explains how he as the "Labour minister" under the Yogi government performed excellently... Which boomeranged indirectly as he ended up praising the BJP government which he just now left with some Cock and bull stories.
Swami Prasad Mourya was uncomfortable in BJP as the discipline the BJP as a political party imposes on its ministers and leaders is so tough that only pro-citizens, politicians without selfishness and importance of all, only leaders with non-corrupt intentions can survive in the party and the others may jump away due to the suffocation.
Shatrughan Sinha
Shatrughan Sinha was one of the senior-most leaders of BJP before 2014 but had bitten which he could not chew. He was on the LK Advani camp when the debate was going on to decide on the BJP's PM Candidate. Though a lot of the senior-most leaders were in support of LK Advani and few were on the side of Modi. Shatrughan Sinha didn't allow the issue to sink even after the final decision was made and continued with his remarks on the same from time to time. The leaders like Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Shivraj Singh Chouhan to mention a few were in the LK Advani camp who became neutral and became a disciplined soldier of the party under PM Modi which a few like Shatrughan Sinha failed to do. The repercussion has left him in deep trouble which has made him where he stand today in Indian politics. The height of ignoring his followers was noticed when both Shatrughan Sinha and his wife decided to join two different parties leaving BJP. This attitude has also taken away a huge face value as it reflected he has taken his followers for granted. But voters proved that non is above the party or the nation. We should not forget that when we leave a party, we are leaving its ideology and when we join some we are accepting its ideology. How can one be so shameless to accept an ideology which we never agree?
Uddhav Thackerey
Most painful and shameful of all is the attitude of Shiv Sena of late. The behavior of Shiv Sena since its supremo became the CM-led coalition government of Maharastra has become so toothless, ethicless, and policyless that it has forgotten for what Shiv Sena, the political party used to be as the baby of Shri Bal Thackerey. Shiv Sena was born for its dreams and agenda for which Shiv Sena had struggled to reach this stage where Shiv Sena stand today. Even for a split of seconds if the otherwise honorable contemporary supremo of Shiv Sena Shri Uddhav Thackeray can imagine, for what Shiv Sena had stood for under the great leader Late Shri Bal Thackrey?, then possibility of change in mind is possible.
I humbly want to remind Uddhav ji that he should not succumb to the pressure of his partners in the government. Realize that they are also equally anxious to stick around. Why you can't you put pressure on them to get your priorities to get implemented, yes, the priorities of the Shiv Sena founded by Bal Thackeray.
Subramanium Swamy
His unwanted tweets from time to time and his basic nature of remaining independent from his seniors have landed him where he is today. In spite of one of the facts that he could be the best bet for one of the favorable Finance Ministers or even as external affairs minister for India in BJP. His inability to maintain the protocol in the hierarchy has been an important issue. He has an ego as he is a very senior leader in the BJP camp and he failed to tune himself to accommodate to the reality just like how Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Rajmath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, even Uma Bharati, and many others had accepted the reality and got accommodated with Shri Narendra Modi.
His inability to adjust to the reality has become an important blockade on his way to finding a responsible role in the Modi cabinet. His recent frustration was a tweet to provoke Indian PM for taking a neutral stand in Ukraine crisis that too when he too know very well that India's neutral stand is the best inevitable approach on the crisis. A piece of advice for Subramanium Swamy being his well-wisher that we must not shy away to accept the fact that Narendra Modi is the leader who deserve to be respected and by coordinating with a deserving senior who used to be your junior will not diminish your facevalue.
