Mystery of the Number Seven

The Number "7" has a huge mystery embedded in it. Lucky are those born on this day. But there are other factors which too will contribute to deciding their future. The purpose of this page is to put light on so many factors which have huge significance in this universe. I am only making a humble effort towards the same.

The significance of the number 7 is pointed out in complete Religious points of view too. All religion has very huge and ultimate significance for the number 7 and the extracts from "Holy Bible" Holy Quran" Hindus ancient Vedas and of course in Sahaja Yoga.  Sahaja Yoga is the ultimate blessing for mankind which has united all Religion in a single place through proper understanding and revelation about "Supreme Power "Allah" as well all other incarnation on earth like Lord's Son "Jesus" Incarnation of  Shri Rama,  Incarnation of Shri Krishna on time to time to mention a few.

Number "7" has significance in almost every major religion. In the Old Testament, the world was created in six days and God rested on the seventh, creating the basis of the seven-day-week we use to this day. In the New Testament, the number seven symbolizes the unity of the four corners of the Earth with the Holy Trinity.

Earth has 70% of its land filled with water which also stands for the number "7"

Children's story always talks about "7" mountains and "7" Seas

God resting on the 7^th day after creating everything within the universe. As we explore the Bible further, we find it originally contained seven main sections as mentioned like Law, Prophets, Psalms, Gospels, General Epistles, the Epistles of Paul, and finally the book of Revelations.

The Apostle John gives Jesus seven titles and Jesus himself gives seven parables in Mattew 13 and performs seven miracles on the Holy Sabbath day.

The book of revelations is rife with significant sevens. It is mentioned that there are seven last Plagues, marked by seven trumpets and seven seals with seven churches each with an angel and of course seven thunders

.Every Hindu who has Basic Vedic knowledge knows that Human bodies consist of  7 Chakras (Energy points ) which possess full responsibilities of various organs of our body.

Note: This poem was written for one of my best friends from Gujrat whose lucky and the birth number is “seven” and on her insistence to know the prediction( I have a deep enthusiasm for astrology palmistry as well as numerology) about “seven” I wrote a poem like this to her in the year of 1996 from Vashi Navi Mumbai. (Then I was residing at Vashi).

The mystery of “Seven” you want to know-

As brisk as water put in “ENO”.

The mystery of seven sounds,

And in children’s story the seven mounts-

Why the color again “Seven”

Oh, tell before the enthusiasm dampen-

Why again there are seven births,

Though few do in it –anything worth.

Why on earth the seven wonders,

I think amid this rainy thunder.

Why human hands are of seven types-

Which often used the tears to wipe.

Why palms have got seven important lines,

Which shows the way life will train.

Again seven days make a week.

Religion says about seven heavens.

Never six, eight, or eleven.

Marriage seven rounds of “Agni”

While “Mars” in the seventh house makes one “Mangli”

The mystery to unearth- my brain is too weak

“Name” sorry, don’t feel bleak,
You need to wait a bit, the knowledge to seek
can't disclose now, the secret I can't leak.

As not disclosed to you the truth- so quick.

Pl contain your anger, keep yourself cool,

As you realized today, I made you a fool.
