Subject: Regarding police officers across the country who don’t live upto the expectations of their responsibility and duties.

Dear Sir,

I am pointing out today a handsome comparison of human system and a few of our democratic system and how does it effect to our life on day to day basis when it get deviated from its real task and responsibility. I feel if properly drafted brief extract of this article is pasted in every police station through out the country, it may definitely improve their moral values, honesty and sincerity.

I would like to pen a few Paragraphs here to compare the duties and responsibilities of our bodies' various organs and how they can be compared with various departments of our country. Here we will consider our country as a living being and read how it effect our nation when one of the organ starts mal functioning.

Our body has so many organs and each and every organ has got it's own importance wheather it is heart or lungs or kidneys or let us talk about our finger nails…every organ has got a particular role to do and the beauty is that all these organs keep doing the duty untiring for years and decades together. But at the same time what is happening with the system of our democratic country. Various department are in place to fulfill certain responsibilities and are these departments are fulfilling their respective duties every time as all these departments are organs of our nation Mother India?.

 Let us find out the same in a very nice example provided here with. In this case I am pointing out the comparision of White Blood Corpuseles (WBC) with Indian police department as both of them are suppose  to doing the same work.The duty of a WBC in our blood stream and that of a police officer in our country are same- to keep a vigil and isolate the culprits and eliminate them.

( The above are the white blood cells in our blood which defends the body from foreign harmful invaders).

For those who don’t know I would like to clarify that our body is constantly being tried to attack by various harmful bacterias and viruses as they reaches us by means of food, our contacts of various living and non living things and through air and water as well. But our bodies' ever vigilant WBC are always alert and they give their 100% to trounce the foreign invader and 99.9 % or even more time our WBC  manage successfully to contain the harmful bacteria and viruses and win over them. But once in a blue moon they fail when the harmful bacteria manage to over power WBC and that day we feel uncomfortable and some time fall ill and need to take medicine. WBC  at the same time also safe guard all the good bacteria and enzymes of our body which help our body to complete the digestion process etc and a lot more.

In similar way the duty of a police officers is to keep vigil on the public and remove or isolate the bad elements and protect the good society. But how much perfectly are the same being carried out or implemented?.

For an instance under today’s scenario think what is happening to our nation's these departments, are they serious enough when they come across a robber or vehicle thief or chain snatchers or rapeist or any  other criminals and culprits? Are they really dealing with them in a honest way as they are suppose to?. We all know very well that most of the time these culprits are either given a long rope or are found in the list of absconding and termed “ at large” and keep the file dilly dallying.

Now coming to the point I would like to request all the police officers who has the tendency to remain soft with culprits and make innocent citizens prey at times for some personnel benefit to think over the situation of the following example and do the needful.

Can we imagine what will happen to our body if WBC start allowing the harmful bacteria ( wheather fatally harmful or mildly harmful) to our body and start disturbing instead of safeguarding the good bacteria and enzymes which are very much helpful to our digestive system and lot more?

The moment WBC start behaving like that our body will get invaded with lot of harmful bacterias followed by gravest of known and unknown diseases.  Also same thing happen to our country  too when it disturbs innocent citizens with false charges for some selfish gains just as what will happen when the WBC start troubling our bodies’ good bacteria as well as friendly enzymes.

The same thing will happens to our nation ( to any nation) when our police officers are not realizing their responsibilities and duties and start allowing culprits and criminals a long rope and tighten innocent citizens. So every police personnel  should think one hundred times before doing anything against the system. i.E NEVER ALLOW ANY CULPRITS TO REMAIN AT LARGE PURPOSEFULLY AND NEVER MAKE INNOCENT CITIZENS A PREY FOR SELFISH BENEFITS ETC.

If one has the tendency to do so then EVERY POLICE OFFICER MUST THINK ABOUT WBC about how sincere and honest they( WBC) are to thier respective body and how dishonest and betrayer he is to his Mother India. Yes we must seriously realize that when ever a culprit moves free hand in society it is just like our blood stream being allowed with harmful bacteria. WBC always do the entrusted job well. Can we too learn a few from them?

Before concluding I would like to clarify further AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WBC has only one responsibility to defend the good and offence the bad and they do it untirng similarly our POLICE OFFICERS has one duty to defend and isolate the culprits and they have to do it we can't expect other departments to perform as this task is only for Police like WBC alone handling the defence department in  our body.

I pray to all police officers to please kindly awake and realize what is the responsibility of a TRUE POLICE OFFICER and raise to the occasion and at the same time I will not forget to SALUTE ALL THOSE BRAVE AND HONEST POLICE OFFICERS who are very much down to earth towards their jobs and responsibilities who find their  duty and responsibility above every thing else.

I salute this dynamic lady for what ever she is.
