Success will come to all those who sought-

failure for those who never fought.

continue efforts though results like drought,

never take chance to put a dot.

You never know how close to success you are-

It may be near- even when seems so far.

So focus on the goal -remain stick, 

even when you are hardest hit,

as every ordeal plays the trick,

and leave those few who are for success fit.

Easy is to sail-

When the sky is clear and blue.

Find the thrill in sailing-

When the sky is rough and hue.

No joy in doing things-

Which anyone can do.

Find those tough tasks-

Which only a few can glue.

Don’t contain with small success-

Which has little efforts to take,

Dream high, reach the destination-

Which only a few can ever make.

 SMILE AND FRIENDS

Smile and the world is with you,

will stand behind- in the night or morning dew.

Comes the crisis and you hue-

look around to see- friends few,

Some borrow and then eschew-

some visit till you ask for the "due",

Some never call or even "mew",

forcing your action and I "Sue".

this will help the relationship to "blew",

with un-repairable damage with few "clue".

forget the history and throw after "chew",

who knows some pristine soul just beside you in the queue.

( Moral of this poem is one should keep the following tips in mind during financial dealing with friends, relatives, or distant contacts).

Dos.......

• Always try to pay on or before your due date which will get you market credibility.
• In case you find you are not able to pay the due on the desired date meet the concerned a day or two in advance and inform him about the same in advance. (This will reflect your responsibility and accountability)
• In case you are not able to pay the full amount, even paying half or part of the due amount with a request for some more time will win the confidence and reassurance about your sincerity with regard to your deal with the person.

Nots......

• Never avoid answering his telephone calls
• Never eschew from the person
• Never give wrong commitments again and again...instead, one time long but clear commitment will give you more comfortable and the person opposite also will be comfortable.

Honesty and Truthfulness

Truth and honesty in one's life play the role of the water in the construction of a building. To construct a building cement and sand are mixed with the help of water. Later the cement and sand get entangled due to the presence of water among them and it becomes a strong solid object.

After the construction, the water vanishes leaving behind the cement and sand together for decades or even centuries. But though the water is not present, it is the water that has made this strong building and without the help of water, the cement and water would not have joined to form the bond.

Likewise, Honesty and Truthfulness play the role of a successful and reputed career just as water is to a building. It will not be visible but it strengthens you invisibly throughout the rest of your life due to your reputation and reliability.

• Truth can never be destroyed. It can only temporarily subsided. Truth contains a force that does not rest until it is revealed.
• Untruth can never stand because of the inherent weakness associated with it. It has to fall one day.

Note:- Below subject is about "Acceptance" Whatever happens it is for good. How can we consider it to be true and how can we handle the situation if it seems to be negative and how can we turn the negative situation into a positive.

·        When results get delayed….

If you don’t accept it, It results in Frustration / If you accept it leads to  Patience.

            ( Our priority should be to focus on our work, self-analysis why the delay, ask oneself if one is really following the procedure needed to get results in a needful way, like that).

·       If the development in your surrounding is not as desired………

If you don’t accept it, it results in Anger / If accepted it leads to Tolerance, which in turn develops maturity in you.

(See your position in the situation, honestly find if any mistake is there from your part on the same, then study and implement the needful remedies as the situation demands).

·        When the future is uncertain………

If you don’t accept it, It may bring in FEAR, / If you accept it, it may bring in Adventure, Courage.

(Have faith in almighty, in the system, in your company and most important of all in yourself. Move ahead with executing your responsibilities one by one regularly without bothering about the result as it is not in your control at all. Work is in your control and the result is not in your control.  We should realize that nothing happens in this world as per your wish. No one asked you if you need to be a boy or a girl, nobody has given you the choice to decide your father, mother brother-sister, etc. Nobody has asked you to whom you should be born. Which house you want, what height, what color, etc. When to die etc).

·        When others succeed and if you lag behind……..

If you don’t accept it, it may bring JEALOUS in you, If you accept it, It may bring in Inspiration in you.

( Jealousy is a sign of inefficiency. If somebody has a BMW and others feel jealous about it because he can’t afford it otherwise he too would have bought one. If one is eating some delicious food and others feel jealous if they can’t afford otherwise they too will go and have some for themselves).

·        When somebody hurt you with some words…………

If you don’t accept it, it may bring HATRED, If you accept it, it may bring in FORGIVENESS

·        When somebody troubles you constantly…………

If you don’t accept it, it may bring in a CONFRONTATION / REVENGE situation / If you accept it, it may bring in CHALLENGE for you to understand, face, and come out of the situation.

·        When you get huge success…………………

If you don’t accept it, it may bring in EGO in you / and if you accept it, it may bring you Pride and humbleness.

(Vivek Oberoi issue with Salman khan and his outspoken words has cost him his career which otherwise would have been more successful. Vijay Mallya would have become worlds first if he had control over his habits so he is a failure as he is just 30 plus rank in India’s wealthiest person instead of the world's top).

·       When we face an unfamiliar situation,

If you don’t accept it, it may make you REACT, if you accept it, it may help you RESPOND.
