Rumours and Fake News Biggest Malady
Of late it is noticed that the disease is not as much danger than the cause of the disease. Yes, the cause of the disease is much problematic than the disease and one of such disease "Rumours due to Fake News". The biggest malady which is highly contagious too is the disease of "Rumours" and especially it is very fatal if it is out of "Fake News".
India has witnessed the issue of Rumours in many forms. It started at Delhi when around 25000 immigrants suddenly gathered at ISBT bus terminal as a result of rumours that the government has made arrangements buses for immigrants who wish to return to their native places. When actually there was no such arrangments ar all. The gathering must have definitely contributed to the spread of Coronavirus which are showing symptoms on a later date.
Another rumour broke out at Bandra when 1000s of Labours assembled there 'out of the blue' which is a mystery even today. This development was a huge attempt to sabotage the "lockdown" positive outcome as every time the efforts of the lockdown is about to become fruitful one or another conspiracy is committed with the weapon used this time too, obviously, "Rumours".
