It is important to notice that India today has reached a point wherein it has become inevitable to invite minority refugees of its neigbouring countries where minorities are subjected to atrocities on the ground of their religious identity. It is very overwhelming to realize that Indian government has opened its door to every human beings who belongs to any of the minority religions like Sikh, Buddh, Parsi, Christian, Jain as well as Hindus. It is really a great message India has send to the world once again proving our humanity in every aspect of life along with our undisputed secular stand. It is worth mentioning that this approach is inspite of India is a Hindu Majority country. Indian government's stand of offering every minority a free entry to India is really a welcome move and it shows its neutrality with respect to religion and in a nutshell, Indian government practically proved what is the true meaning of being a "Secular".

Having said that I can't help without point out that, It is very sad and dangerous trend India is under going now a days as politics always takes the front seat pushing national interests towards back seat..!?. The political parties are fallen to the extent that they are least concerned or bothered about the back lash they may face due to their stand on crucial issues that the nation is facing. Citizens amendments bill is only one of them.

Today, India has awaken to the reality that though "Hindus" account for more than 20% of world's total population, "Hindus" don't have a country which is dedicated to Hindus. Of course Nepal is too small a country to reckon with which too has become a secular country. At the same time world over Christianity and Islam's have lot many dozens of countries which are exclusive belonging to their religion.
Inspite of that India has not discriminated human being on Religion ground. It has kept only one thing in mind that is, those minorities who are facing problem from the atrocities of its majority, nothing else.
For example, if a few Muslims face atrocities in a Christian majority country then either the nearest secular country or the nearest Islamic country must have the courstsey give asylum to the victims. Similarly, if a Christian face atrocities in an non Christian minority country then the nearest Christian majority country or the nearest secular country must give them the asylum to the victims.
Still if it is not clear I further brief that from the list the "Muslims" are avoided only due the reason, technically Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh are 100% Islamic states and hence no Muslims could face atrocities on religious ground. If a Muslim citizen from Israel if face atrocities from Christian majority population, then it could be genuine call. But again, in such a situation the preference must go to nearest secular country or nearest Islamic country, which is definetly not India. Further it must be noted Hindus from Srilanka, Myanmar are not included in the list. In a Nutshell, all the minorities from only Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh are considered considered as all these countries were part of India during or a few decades before India got independence.
Yes, the above briefing loudly and clearly proves beyond doubt to the world that India is really a secular state in all practical means and stand to its belief "Vasudeva Kudumbakkam".
