Priyanka Reddy End Apathy towards Rape Law
Another successful Indian citizen's dreams are destroyed and spoiled by the pathetic and apathetic attitude of various Indian governments under various political parties from time to time. These kinds of incidents are an eye-opener to rise up to the situation, call spade a spade and take necessary constitutional amendments which may pave the way to take strict action against the cold-blooded criminals.
Another pathetic incident that never should have occurred after the infamous Dec 16th, 2012 Delhi bus gang-rapes incident. But unfortunately, the Indian public is famously known for its ability to slip into deep slumber every time after a short hue and cry.
I had already forwarded a humble suggestion to the present Indian government a couple of years ago to amend the Rape law. So far no response has come on the same. Without any elaboration, I would like to conclude that it is high time India introduce capital punishment to rape convicts apart from seizing the property of the criminals.
Episodes like this really need to be treated as the greatest of tragedy India has been witnessing of late and the reason behind the same are many including cross-border infiltration, appeasement politics which hold back the government from taking stern decisions to curtail and end this shameful menace prevailing in our society.
The property confiscation must be legalized with immediate effect with a clause that in case the property is not individual but joint rights along with other family members, in such situations the property confiscation could get immunity if the other family members have given a written confession appeal against the criminals about his "tendencies" and crime habits in advance to the police station. The detailed suggestion on this proposed law is provided in my previous article which was forwarded to PMO, HM, and our Honorable PM of India Shri Narendra Modi.
It is simple that from today onwards the responsibility of every rape incident that may take place within our country must go or rather will go to the state and central governments for their feeble willingness towards the issue. I am confident that nothing short of a "Capital punishment" and "seizing of the property" of the criminal could make any impact on this malady of society.
It is another important point that it is necessary to screen the minds of criminals too to ascertain if it is an individual isolated issue of a social menace being pumped in through systematic misguidance of citizens by some anti-national forces...???

Above are the remains of Doctor Priyanka Reddy who was burned after trapping her tactfully and then raping.
Most disturbing video. It is high time out of the way Rape law is introduced.
One of the criminals who were behind the entire incident.
