Reasons for Farmer Protests only in Punjab: 

• Middlemen left out - Huge revenue loss 
• 1800 Mandi tax per year is gone 
• Akali dal split in two; they want to use this to counter the insurgency
• Khalistan separatists looking for a launchpad 
• The state is ruled by Congress.

Previously Kejriwal Blames Punjab’s Stable Burning for Delhi’s Pollution but of late Kejriwal lays red carpet & welcomes them to protest at the Delhi borders... He is probably the first CM in history who himself invite agitators to come and surround his own state which will deteriorate the supply chain towards the state and increase prices. 

Future: Kejriwal will blame Amit Shah & Modi after Delhi Burns during the protest and will make this his election campaign for Punjab.

Buyer has to pay 8.5% Mandi tax in Punjab as compared to 1% in UP... FCI buys maximum from Punjab and as a taxpayer, we are paying this 8.5% extra which is shared between Adhatis and Govt. This is one of the reasons why ITC buys directly from Kisan in MP.

Food Corporation of India (FCI) buys wheat & paddy worth Rs 80000 crores from Punjab alone. Rs 6500 crore of taxpayers' money goes to Mandis (APMCs) & who controls these Mandis? The concern of the 6000 Adhatis of Punjab, is to earn this much money without doing any farming.

FCI buys <1% rice from the West Bengal farmers, the biggest rice producers of India, forcing them to sell to the local traders, at a price that is ~25% lower than what Punjab  FARMER  gets by selling his surplus to FCI, WHY SHOULD FARMERS OF #BENGAL suffer? 

The FCI buys high and sells low, managing on subsidies paid by the government.  MSP removal will make at least a 1 lakh crore reduction in govt expenses. 

Supplementary facts. The grains GOI buys and kept in FCI godowns are deliberately allowed to rot and become unfit for human consumption, then sold as scrap to liquor manufacturers who convert them into alcohol, India is the largest alcohol manufacturer and consumer.

In Maharashtra, Sharad Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule used to show agricultural income of 10000 Cr. (as information collected from internet source). This family had control over the entire onion, chili, sugar, and grape trade. This bill left Pawar nowhere.

The present government believes indirectly to cut the root rather than the branches and thus not waste time as it has lot many tasks that need to be completed to set the Nation on track after getting it out of the clutches of anti-nationals from both within and outside our country.
