Sant Ravidas

Shri Ravidas or Ravidas was an Indian mystic poet Saint. He was the guru for millions in the regions of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh Punjab, and Haryana. 

He was a social reformer and a spiritual personality who has become a great force of motivation for the millions from not only his community to which he belonged but also for millions of other Indian citizens who came to know about his greatness.

He was born at Banaras (Varnasi) to Baba Santosh Das and Mata Kalsa devi. His exact date of birth is not known as he was born like any other ordinary child in society and birth records were not kept. He passed away in 1540.

Below is one of the culprits of the 16th Dec Delhi Gang rape. Who later was bold and blunt enough to convey in the BBC interview that it is a girl's mistake to roam around after 9 pm. I don't really know what to pen as the words are not enough to describe the pathetic condition of Delhi's life after realizing what has happened to the medical student a few days ago. More pathetic it becomes when we try to think over the sick mind of the persons who are involved in this heinous crime, especially when the turns are being taken one by one how to do they able to go ahead with the heinous crime after seeing the girl's health condition getting worst from the worse as the minutes are passing. Mysterious Shivlingam found under Neem tree

The Shiva Lingam was found in the Big "Madiyur area near Minsur" that was dug from under the root of the neem tree with the help of Minsur Sivanadiars and villagers and made a temporary dedication outside the tree where a temple would be built soon. The above image is of the Neem tree and the view of Shivlinga beneath the tree.  After the necessary cleaning and adoration of the "Pristine Shivlinga," a small stop-gap temporary structure is created as seen in the above image where the Shivlinga's 'pranpradista' was done. The above is the Neem tree beneath of which the "Shiv lingam" was accidentally located.
