M Lavanya death Failed conversion attempt?

The latest viral and controversial issue of Tamil Nadu is the unfortunate death of student M Lavanya allegedly due to the torture she was subjected to for her reluctance to get converted to Christianity.

If the speculation doing the rounds in the media is to believed, it is a clear case of mental torture she was put to undergo for her refusal to adopt Christianity, forcing the subject to suicide. 

Conversion and attempt to convert is one of the biggest social Malady. I strongly suggest a strong law against the conversion and certain guidelines must be put forth for approving a conversion. The same should be like, suppose if a person if decide to leave one religion to another should not be on the ground of personal and materialistic ambitions. But it must be with proper explanation of the shortcoming of the present religion and the glory of the one he is expecting to join.
