The situation 

Piles are the collection of tissues and viens that become swollen. They are in various sizes and are found in the anus both outside and inner side. 

The cause 

The piles occur due to chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, excessive straining to pass stool, irregular food intake, sitting too longer, lack of exercise and also related to drinking habits. 

The solution (cure).
