Lord Parshuram 6th Vishnu Incarnation
Above video is an incident during Lord Parshuram's Incarnation, his tryst with Shravan Kumar son of blind parents
According to Hindu legends, Parashurama was born to a Brahmin sage Jamadagni and his Kshatriya wife Renuka and was living in a hut. His birthplace is believed to be on top of the Janapav hills in Indore, Madhya Pradesh On top of the hills is a Shiva temple where Parshurama is believed to have worshipped Lord Shiva, the ashram is known as Jamadagni Ashram, named after his father. They had a celestial cow called Surabhi which gives all they desire (Kamadhenu Cow).
While the incarnation of Lord Shri Ram was to teach and establish the "Maryada" as a Son, as a husband, as a brother, as a friend, as a King to mention a few. But the biggest quality which is exactly opposite to incarnation of Lord Parshuram is "anger". When Lord Shri Ram is an example for this universe for his balanced nature even during the deepest crisis he confronted whereas Lord Parshuram is most short-tempered and an incarnation which proved his anger. He is remembered for his intolerance towards injustice.
A king named Kartavirya Arjuna (not to be confused with Arjuna the Pandava) learns about it (Kamadhenu Cow) and wants it. He asks Jamadagni to give it to him, but the sage refuses. While Parashurama was away from the hut, the king takes it by force. Parashurama learns about this crime and is upset. With his axe in his hand, he challenges the king to battle. They fight, and Parushrama kills the king, according to Hindu history. The warrior class challenges him, and he kills all his challengers. The legend likely has roots in the ancient conflict between the Brahmin Varna, with religious duties, and the Kshatriya varna, with warrior and enforcement roles.
It is learnt that the place also has a pond that is being developed by the state government. I further utilize this opportunity to identify the place of birth of Lord Parshuram, the temple associated with his daily worship and upgrade the entire region with a 500-year long term plan so that there won't be any fresh impediments on its development as an important spiritual tourism place.
Further, the route connecting the sacred place with the Indore city and other major and minor nearby cities must be identified and developed. Apart from the same a statue of ordinary height (without any competition with other availably as well as proposed great statues of the country) could be built on one of the tallest nearby hills to this village.
Also, there must be a huge university on the name of 6th Vishnu Incarnation on various subjects like Vedic science, Sanskrit College, Multipurpose biggest Ayurvedic college, Ayurvedic research centre, Ayurvedic Medical college etc. It is important to open one of the biggest Veterinary colleges and one of the biggest Cowshed (Go Shaala) as Kamadhenu and its connection with Lord Parshuram is inseparable.
Establishment of all this would not only enrich this region of India, but it may change the lives of millions in the region and would contribute to tourism in India apart from reestablishing of Vedic studies which India is lacking when Europe are seriously implementing Sanskrit and its related subjects in their children education.
This could be one of the best ways to make sure that Lord Parshuram is remembered and honoured on his great incarnation by contributing institution which may enrich the roots of our ancient civilization and history.
