Know Assam It's issues and Solutions

The main apprehensions of Assamese on CAA are thankfully not religion based but it is based on their language. The Assam had absorbed a huge number of refugees and insurgents which if not addressed needfully, one or two decades from now, Assam may have a lesser Assamese language speaking population with the Bengali speaking outnumbering Assamese speaking population. The same is nicely presented by a gentleman from Assam in the below video(2nd video from above) The Bengali language-speaking Bangladesh had taken refuge and settled at Assam during the 1971 Indo-Pak war which resulted in the liberation of Bangladesh. 

I find only one solution for the same. That is Bengal must show large heart to absorb maximum Bengal speaking refugees to their state and the rest of the states in our country especially UP, Bihar, CG, MP, and Maharastra should come forward to absorb and resettle the refugees and thus reduce the burden from the shoulder of the state Assam. 

There cannot be any other solution under the prevailing circumstances to the genuine apprehensions raised by Assam against CAA.

In the above video, Assam's concern about its local "language-based demography" not "religious demography" may become an issue once CAA is implemented. The excel report has been provided which shows the issue as a genuine one. But the solution for the same is only one that is the entire country needs to distribute the refugees from neighboring countries settled in India to make CAA successful.
