As we all know the Government of India has abolished the Roshni Act of Jammu and Kashmir. The complete basics of the "Roshni act" are provided below in both languages. 

भारत सरकार ने जम्मू कश्मीर का रोशनी एक्ट खत्म कर दिया है। सोचिए आज तक किसी मीडिया ने हम लोगों को रोशनी एक्ट के बारे में बताया ही नहीं।

यह रोशनी एक्ट कश्मीर छोड़कर भाग गए हिंदुओं के मकान दुकान और जमीन और खेत मुस्लिमो को देने का फारुख अब्दुल्ला द्वारा बनाया गया एक  षड्यंत्र था जिसमें कांग्रेसी भी शामिल थी।

1990 के दशक में जितने भी हिंदू कश्मीर से भागे उन्हें पाकिस्तान के मुसलमानों ने मार कर नहीं भगाया बल्कि उनके ही पड़ोसी जिनके साथ वह बचपन में सेवई खाते थे त्यौहार मनाते थे चाय पीते थे उन्हीं पड़ोसियों अब्दुलों, असलमों, गफ्फारों ने मार मार कर भगाया।

उसके बाद जब पूरा कश्मीर घाटी हिंदुओं से खाली हो गया तब फारुख अब्दुल्ला के पास कुछ मुस्लिम गए और बोले कि हिंदुओं के इन मकानों दुकानों जमीनों खेतों खलिहानो  को  मुसलमानों को देने के लिए आप कुछ नियम बनाइए।

तब फारुख अब्दुल्ला ने एक रोशनी एक्ट बनाया और इस रोशनी एक्ट के द्वारा सिर्फ ₹101 में किसी भी हिंदू की जमीन खेत मकान या दुकान एक मुसलमान की हो जाती थी।

शगुफा यह छोड़ा गया कि मुसलमानों के घरों के आसपास के घर जो हिंदुओं के थे वह नहीं है बिजली का कनेक्शन काट देने की वजह से उनके आसपास अंधेरा रहता है जिससे उनके लिए खतरा हो सकता है इसलिए ऐसे घरों को रोशन करना जरूरी है। इस तरह रोशनी एक्ट का ताना-बाना बना।

क्योंकि हिंदू जब अपना सब कुछ छोड़ कर भाग गए तब बिजली का बिल नहीं चुका  पाने की वजह से उनके खेतों के ट्यूबेल का या दुकानों का या घर का बिजली का कनेक्शन काट दिया गया.... फिर फारुख अब्दुल्ला ने एक रोशनी एक्ट बनाया जिसके द्वारा मात्र ₹101 फीस भरकर कोई भी मुसलमान अपने नाम से उस हिंदू के खेत खलिहान मकान दुकान के लिए बिजली का कनेक्शन लेने का आवेदन भर सकता था।

 इस तरह पहले उस मुसलमान के नाम बिजली का बिल जनरेट कर दिया जाता था उसके बाद कुछ ही सालों में उस वक्त हिंदू की मकान दुकान या खेत का पूरा मालिकाना हक उस मुसलमान को दे दिया गया।

 इस तरह इस जालिमाना रोशनी एक्ट द्वारा फारुख अब्दुल्ला ने कश्मीर घाटी के हजारों हिंदुओं की बेशकीमती प्रॉपर्टी मुसलमानों को मात्र 101  रुपये में दे दी।

और सबसे आश्चर्य की भारत की वामपंथी मीडिया कभी इस रोशनी एक्ट की चर्चा नहीं की।

Think till date no media has told us about the Roshni Act. This Roshni Act was a conspiracy made by Farooq Abdullah to give away the houses, shops and land, and farms of the Hindus who fled Kashmir, in which the Congress was also involved.

In the 1990s, all the Hindus who fled from Kashmir were not killed by the Muslims of Pakistan, but their own neighbors with whom they used to eat vermicelli in their childhood, used to celebrate festivals, used to drink tea, the same neighbors Abdul, Aslams, Ghaffars killed them.

After that, when the entire Kashmir valley became empty of Hindus, then some Muslims went to Farooq Abdullah and said that you should make some rules to give these houses, shops, lands, fields, barns of Hindus to Muslims.

Then Farooq Abdullah made a Roshni Act and through this Roshni Act, in just ₹ 101, the land of any Hindu, the farmhouse, or shop became that of a Muslim.

It was omitted that the houses around the houses of Muslims, which belonged to Hindus, are not there, due to the disconnection of the electricity connection, there is darkness around them, which can be a danger to them, so it is necessary to light such houses.

In this way the fabric of the Roshni Act was made because when the Hindus left everything and ran away, due to not being able to pay the electricity bill, the electricity connection of their fields or shops or houses was cut off... Then Farooq Abdullah made a light act.  By which, by paying only ₹ 101 fees, any Muslim could fill an application in his name to get electricity connection for that Hindu's farm, barn, house, shop.

In this way, first, the electricity bill was generated in the name of that Muslim, after that in a few years, the full ownership of the Hindu's house, shop, or farm was given to that Muslim.

In this way, by this blasphemous light act, Farooq Abdullah gave the valuable property of thousands of Hindus of Kashmir Valley to the Muslims for just Rs 101.*

And most surprisingly, the Left media of India never discussed this Roshni Act.
