Shri Abraham 2nd Adi Guru Incarnated
Shri Abraham is the 2nd Adi Guru Incarnated on earth. He is the Incarnation of Pre-Mordial Master.
Shri Abraham never said that he is an Incarnation, but he is an Incarnation. The Holy Quran clearly says, "When his Lord put Abraham to the proof, he enjoining on him certain commandments and Abraham fulfilled them, his Lord said: I have appointed you a Leader of Mankind.
His life is a clear demonstration of complete faith and surrender to God's will, even under the most unbelievable circumstances or requests he was ready to absolute truth and follow the divine. He abandoned several times his land, homes and livelihood he had made for himself and for his family: then he had to start afresh over and over again. Even his closest and most beloved family members he had to let go off many times when his Lord told him to do so. Though always seeking peace and avoiding the troubles, Abraham had the courage to fight when he had to protect family or friends that were taken prisoners, he manifested amazing compassion and perfect fairness when he dealt with war prisoners or with his former abusive imprisoners of himself of his family members.
Shri Abraham- as he is referred to in Sahaja Yoga meditation- represents one of the 10 Pre-Mordial Incarnation of Pre Mordial Guru, the eternal principle that resides in our Void area, the green circular patch that can be seen in the Chakra chart that we are using during our Halton classes. We learn to awaken the subtle energy and the qualities for the Void by either saying the various Guru Mantras or by saying affirmations such as: "Mother Kundalini please awaken within me the powers and the Guru qualities of Shri Abraham. Please give me the power of faith of complete surrender and moral strength that Shri Abraham has so I can be a pure and strong Sahaji Guru".
According to the Old Testament, "Abraham is going to become a great and mighty Nation and through him, all the nations of the earth will be blessed. I have chosen him so that he will direct his Children and his family after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just.
The New Testament says: "Jesus said to them: If you were Abraham's children, you would be doing the works Abraham did. Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his Son Issac on the Altar? You see that Faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works and the Scripture was fulfilled that says "Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness and he was called a Friend of God. You see that a person is justified by works and not by his faith alone.
As per the Old Testament "No longer shall your name be called 'Abram', but your name shall be "Abraham", for I have made you the father of a Multitude of Nations. The meaning of the name "Abraham" means "The Origin for Three Religions".
The Old Testament Says, (The Lord) he took 'Abram' outside and Said, "Now look up at the sky and count the stars, if you are able to count them", he (the lord) also said to him: "That's how many descendants you will have". Then Abram Believed the Lord and the Lord regarded that faith to be his approval of 'Abram'. Further on the generation of "Jesus Christ" is traced back to "Abraham", thus Christianity itself venerates 'Abraham' as its Patriarch.
Abraham and his Son Isaac and Isaac's Son Jacob are considered to be the three patriarchs. A patriarch is a founding father or a leader (like a religious Guru) of a certain religion. According to the Torah and the Bible (In the Old Testament- Genesis, as well in the New Testament). Abraham (Known as Abram until he was 99 years old and he was renamed by God as Abraham) was the father of the Hebrews, so the founder of Judaism, the Hebrew Religion.
The Arabs trace their ancestry to Ishmael, Abraham's oldest Son, so in the effect, the tribes of Israel and those of Arabia who have a history of conflicts (up to our days) are descendants from the half-brothers Isaac and Ishmael and Share their ancestry with Abraham. Abram means exalted father while Abraham means father of a multitude.
Abraham lived between the XV111 and XVI century BC and grew up in Ur (Mesopotamia). Stories about his life are narrated both in the Bible (Genesis) and in the Holy Quran. At that time, people believed in Idols and made sacrifices to them by means of primitive rituals, Abraham's legacy consists in his strong faith and complete surrender to the only One God he recognized from within, since his childhood.
