Having said that, the much hue and cry are done on speculation that new Farms law are brought with an intention to help Adanis and Ambanis...???
Let us understand that every independent country needs a supply chain to establish and progress and to become self-reliant and for food security. This cold storage as well as other bulk storage facilities are needed much before... We are lagging behind... in this... Only when a country has huge storage facilities can go for increasing their cultivation and yield as the excess production will not jeopardize the rate as every extra production can be absorbed by the government as well as private to store them securely which can be later exported too to other countries on a higher international rate which will help swell India's much-needed forex reserves.
Of course, these stocks should not be allowed to manipulate the prices for which a regulatory body too must be set up.... which I am sure is in the notice of think tanks of the government. The question does not arise of such an impediment as MSP is in place which will provide rate security for farmers and the door of exports will remain open for exports of excess production after the maintenance of buffer stocks.
This farm law once comes in place, will lead to the opening of 1000s both normal storage Godowns as well as cold storages on length and breadth of almost every district of the country. The same will rain huge jobs all over the country and the entry of private in farm sector will pay the way to the introduction of latest machinery, the infrastructure needed for the agriculture industry.
Hence multiple corporates' entry in godowns, storage houses, cold storage will increase the much-needed food security, can improve exports through regulations, increases lakhs of fresh permanent jobs... Increase automobile sales like tractors and trucks and other farm-related equipment...
Further, I can't conclude without expressing that Mr. Adani, Mr. Ambani, Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Narayan Moorty, Mr. Azim Premji, Mr. X, Mr. Y, or Mr. X from the corporate world is also equal citizens of this country just as you, me and any other who is reading this article.
I can't eschew from mentioning the shameless fact that the opposition left no stone unturned to create an atmosphere in the country as if Mr. Anil Ambani was a terrorist when it discloses the decision of the Modi government to support the ill-fated corporate group that was awarded a small part (5%) of the after-service contract of Dassaut.
