The complete information with respect to various verdict on hijab at various High courts of various states on time to time clarified.
Now coming to the controversy of wearing Hijab in educational institutions we must first of all know the reason of introduction of uniforms in schools and even in some Factories and in some corporate offices apart from public transport drivers, police, army, doctors and nurses.
Kerala governor Arif Mohammed Khan's opinion on Hijab controversy
The very purpose of adopting a rule of uniform in schools especially is for not to differentiate the students on any basis of their financial status, Religion status, or on the basis of caste status. Suppose if there is no uniform in schools, rich students will wear costly dresses while poor students will wear ordinary dresses which may reflect a huge non similarities between them.
Mrs Subhuhi Khan raised a few question related to the controversy erupted at Karnataka on the issue of wearing Hijab in schools where uniform is in force.
Schools as a matter of policy never want to differentiate among students and want to hide every possible personal identities of students like their, financial back ground, their caste, their religion. This is very important to safeguard the tiny mind's emotions from getting hurt on any reason like comparison among their living standards.
That is one of the reason why in some good schools even gold ornaments or even wearing watches are not allowed. These are only small steps to help the identities of family background of different students to avoid possible invisible wounds in their mind due to comparison.

Under the circumstances, uniform is the best medicine, or you may say best vaccination to immunize the tender minds of students from falling traps of comparition and its related emotional issues.
So with due respect to Hijab, which in fact is best for the girl students to wear, I suggest the uniform must be respected and we should follow the respective schools rules.

If a community forces to hide the face and body of mothers and sisters then the first and foremost reason is that they do not have trust among their own countrymen's character. The insecurity is too much to the extent that they have decided to keep their women and girls hiding from others. Having said that I feel every religion has their respective freedom and they must make the final call on what is right and wrong for them.
