Strategy for automatic streamlining of system

The new strategy which our nation must adopt to bring in more accountability and transparency is provided below. I pray to our honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi and his cabinet to implement it at the earliest for making the country a safer place to live in.

1. Make it mandatory for every Indian citizen to carry their "Aadhar card" with them and to trace the illegal intruders in the country, government must compulsorily and routinely go for random checks of "Aadhar cards" of individuals just like how the traffic police check the driving license. (The bio-metric instrument with the internet must be available to verify the authenticity of the individuals).
2. An attractive incentive must be there for every trace of intruders in the process to the officer on duty to encourage enthusiasm as well as to discourage corruption.
3. The compensation for death due to unfortunate incidents must be fixed as multiple to their annual income instead of a universal common amount. (This will help to bring in more honesty and transparency in the individual's Income tax returns as well as more individuals may queue in to regularly fill their income tax returns).
4. The aadhar card must not only be linked with all other relevent Govt provided ID cards like Pan card, Driving license, Ration card, school certificates, etc but also the aadhar details of the individual's immediate family members and immediate family member's immediate relatives. (This will make easy to identify, locate, trace the culprits). 
5. Strict population control bill which not only must apply restrictions in voting, contesting elections, Govt jobs, Ration subsidies and every other government sponsored benefits but also it must a bit more than that as the very purpose of the bill should not be defeated.
