Central Vista Project Facts behind the screen

Central Vista Project is another prestigious project of our nation which is being built keeping in view lot many factors into the considerations.

It is scheduled between 2020 and 2024 which aims to revamp a 3 km long Rajpath between Rashtrapati Bhavan to India Gate. One of the important highlights is that it will convert the North and South Blocks to publicly accessible museums which if on a chargeable basis could generate huge income for our nation.

The brief introduction of the entire Central Vista project and its world class amenities 

A new common Central Secretariat is being created to house all ministries along with a new Parliament building near the present which could accommodate a larger number of Members of Parliament unlike in the present which could accommodate not more than 560. But as per the government plans, Indian constituencies could be redrawn on the basis of the population as decided during 1975 when the expansion of the number of MP in the country is stopped, rather froze. It is obvious that once when the role of the lesser population under each MPs comes into place, more new constituencies would be added and it could be more than 750 MPs from the present 544 MPs. 

Also once this most prestigious Central Vista Project comes into existence, not only it will be highly convenient with enhanced security features, reducing the wastage of time, etc but 100s of Crores of rupees being wasted on rent every month would come to an end. The beneficiaries of these rents are obviously, it should be one of the next simple answers for every Indian after "A" for Apple (Nehru family).

चिदम्बरम 10 साल तक मंत्री रहते जिस घर में रहते थे वह बंगला उन्होंने अपनी पत्नी के नाम लिया था, दोनों उसी में रहते थे लेकिन भारत सरकार से पत्नी को मकान मालिक दिखाकर 20 लाख रू हर महीना सरकार से किराया उठाते थे !

दूसरा नया संसद भवन बन रहा है यानि विस्टा,,,, 

भारत सरकार के 30-40 मंत्रालय किराये की बिल्डिंग में चलते हैं एक मंत्रालय का किराया एक साल का 20-25 करोड़ हैं और सारे मंत्रालय के मकान मालिक केवल कांग्रेसी व वामपंथी हैं इसीलिए नया संसद बनने का विरोध कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि नये संसद में सारे मंत्रालय शिफ्ट हो जायेगे तो कांगेसियो व बामपंथियों को किराया मिलना बंद हो जायेगा, नये संसद भवन के निर्माण में कुल 975 करोड़ का खर्चा आएगा, जबकि आज 30-40 मंत्रालय का किराया ही पूरे एक साल का लगभग 500 करोड़ हैं यानि केवल 2 साल के किराये से ही नया संसद भवन तैयार हो जाएगा !

इसीलिए कांग्रेसी सेंट्रल विस्टा का निर्माण रुकवाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट चले गये !

कल याचिकाकर्ता को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1 लाख जुर्माना व कड़ी फटकार लगाकर याचिका खारिज कर दी। मोदी ने सुप्रिम कोर्ट को यही सब बता दिया था।

अब हमें और आपको यह सोचने की जरूरत है कि देश का असली हितैषी कौन है ?
