Inflated Oxygen demand - A Mass murder conspiracy

During the recent Covid pandemic's second wave crisis when India was undergoing one of the worst health emergency situations, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has cried foul and kept on demanding more oxygen need to the tune of above 1000 metric tonne per day and did everything to destabilize the administration capabilities of central government thus Indian image abroad as well as within the country could be reflected in poor light. 

I remember when the Central government keeping in view the extraordinary demand for oxygen in Delhi suggested for Oxygen audit, immediately Delhi CM Arvind KEJRIWAL announced that oxygen demand is under control...!!!

Now after the audit is conducted by an "oxygen audit committee" it is revealed that at least 4times oxygen demand was inflated...!!! The honorable Supreme Court of India has analyzed and confirmed the report. It is realized that the Delhi government has inflated the demand for oxygen to destabilize and sabotage the possibility of the nation's recovery from the crisis and thus demoralize and destroy the central government's face value. 

The biggest and most painful face of this entire development is that when we realize that the Delhi government has done this dirty, mischievous, downtrodden and nasty game at the expense of 1000s of lives both in Delhi and neighboring regions where otherwise the much-needed oxygen deficit could have been reduced. 

I don't understand why a purposeful attempt of mass murder is not charged against the culprits. The following are my valid points which I put forward on the basis of which the Delhi government must be charged. 

Due to the needless demand for oxygen for Delhi which had deprived the much-needed oxygen in other hospitals from neighborhood states which in turn must have resulted in numerous deaths which otherwise could have been saved. (When a genuine and innocent vehicle driver faces an accident and ends up killing someone accidentally without intention, one has to face charges and has to undergo certain legal procedures and even he is detailed and has to get bail through court). Then why we allow some culprits a long rope when everything including the politically motivated intentions is clearly evident. 

Then how come we overlook the shameless bloodless act of state administration which has played the purposeful political game for personal political advantage that too at the expense of 1000s of deaths which otherwise could have been saved. 

Yes, I think in order to bring more accountability in politicians' behavior, we must charge "attempt to mass murder" against Delhi CM and all others who were involved in this nasty conspiracy. I do not rule out the fact that Delhi CM could have been misinformed by his close officers in somebody else's direction. Whatever may be a judicial investigation is inevitable.
