Don't forget to Remember. A poem

Remember to contain your anger-

which often moves faster than a panther, 

It gives you "acidity" for free-

which disturbs you- till it flee. 

Remember to avoid being jealous - 

On one's face, it is easy to see, 

It gives you a headache-

which could grow like a tree. 

Remember to avoid hatred-

To avoid getting "Ulcer" for free, 

also to reduce your stress-

and save from doctor's fee. 

Remember to win the trust-

to get friends for free.

Honesty, faithfulness and loyalty - 

Cultivate and preserve - all the three. 

Continue with your exercise-

and keep good health for free.

Irrespective of your body's size

remain engaged, difference to feel and see. 

Remember to develop tolerance-

and remain always at peace. 

Ignore the fools and their nonsense-

and spend life at ease. 

Remember to remain honest-

and continue with the desire, 

and win over the urge of lust-

for a lifelong peaceful sleep.
